Required Credentials for a Media Pass
Pre-authorized members of the media will be granted complimentary access to all seminars and events including the robust tradeshow floor. Media badges are limited in number and will be issued only to editorial representatives from news outlets, medical trade press and medical aesthetic and surgery trade press. Cosmetic, beauty and consumer press do not qualify. To be granted a media pass, applicants must cover the medical aesthetic industry on a regular basis and present bylined articles or reports published within the past six months. Publishers, marketing/PR professionals, consultants and other sales or non-editorial titles will not be accepted.
Media passes are not issued to photographers without formal commission from a news organization or to reporters who are writing confidential content or content solicited by an exhibiting company. Private consultants paid by an individual company are not eligible for a media pass and should request a pass from the sponsoring company. Media credentials granted for previous Informa events do not guarantee a media pass to AMWC North America - applications will be individually reviewed for each event.
